We had food prepared by the local women, a tour of Ephesus and the house of The Virgin Mary, a stop at the local rug maker- where we watched how the women handmake the Turkish Rugs! And then a trip to the leather outlet. It was AMAZING!!!!! Melih-our tour operator was beyond amazing! And so very friendly!!! Thank you for making our trip so memorable! You were the BEST!”

“Would highly recommend this option for a tailor made tour of Ephesus and other major sites in the area. Our guide, Ali, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and attentive. The pace was as we desired and he offered many options as much as was reasonable. The stop for lunch was great but felt a slight bit of pressure to purchase a rug that we weren’t quite prepared to consider. Otherwise I found our experience extremely interesting and informative.”

“Our guide was very knowledgeable, informative and nice. However we had several issues, the main one being, we almost missed our cruise ship. We visited the Virgin Mary house and Ephesus which were both wonderful. Afterwards they took us to an upscale lamb leather store where we sat for a sort of fashion show of leather apparel and then took us to a store where leather apparel was $1000 and up. It was strange and not listed in the tour description. Our lunch was a cheap buffet and not that good. After that we went to a store that gave a presentation on olive oils and other Turkish goods.
